  • Plain-English input: A team member types a Slack instruction like "Create user john@nexus.com for Brand XYZ"
  • Intent parsing: Claude extracts structured fields : email, password, and brand name from the message
  • API execution: Claude calls the backend to create the account, assign credentials, and grant access across all relevant dashboards
  • Instant confirmation: Claude posts the user ID, password, and access status back to the Slack channel and entire process completes in 4 seconds
