Saras commits to a 30-day replacement SLA, with full written handover documentation. If replacement slips past 30 days, engagement fees are prorated at the daily engagement rate for every day beyond 30.
Many of our customers have grown and scaled with us. We hope you don't see a need to leave us. However you retain full rights to all custom-built workflows, along with documentation and handover. Saras-productized capabilities remain maintained by Saras as part of your subscription. There’s no hostage-code scenario.
